Fees and Payments
Smith Dominguez, PLLC provides fee agreements on an individual basis. We offer flexibility in the legal fee arrangement, cognizant that every case is unique and different clients have different needs. Fees charged may be flat fee charges with a retainer paid up front, hourly fees for services rendered, or a contingency agreement wherein we receive a percentage of any recovery in addition to costs. All fee agreements will be provided in writing. Payment authorizations for approved legal services can be provided through our online payment portal. Failure to pay for or make appropriate payment for professional services may result in suspension of the provision of services or termination of the attorney-client relationship or representation to the extent permitted by governing rules and statutes.
Limitations of Liability
