In her practice at Smith Dominguez, Alexia helps families and individuals close on their new homes and investment properties.

She also advises entrepreneurs, businesses and non-profits on how to best achieve their goals. She provides counsel on multiple areas of business law transactions including business formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate compliance. She also provides  outside general counsel services to businesses at all stages, from business formation to dissolution. ​

Alexia’s native languages are English and Spanish, which allow her to serve a broader client base.

 Alexia is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Campbell University School of Law.

 

She lives with her husband and dogs in Fuquay Varina and is an avid traveler.
